About the District

CivAssist Special District is a California special district dedicated to providing essential community services and transparent, accountable governance for its residents.

The District is governed by an elected Board of Directors. All meetings are open to the public in accordance with the California Brown Act (Government Code § 54950 et seq.).

Public Meeting Notice: All CivAssist Special District Board meetings are open to the public pursuant to the California Ralph M. Brown Act (Government Code § 54950–54963). Meeting agendas are posted at least 72 hours before each regular meeting. To request agenda items in alternative formats or to submit public comment, contact the District Clerk.
